Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 July 2026

These terms govern your use of ERPForge. Plain language, no traps.

The service

ERPForge provisions and manages Odoo instances on your behalf. It is a control plane: your Odoo containers, databases and filestores run separately, and customer traffic does not pass through our API.

ERPForge is an independent product. Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A.; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Odoo S.A.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must have the right to use any code, modules or data you deploy through the service, and to grant us the access needed to deploy them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to host unlawful content, to attack or degrade other systems, or to circumvent the licensing terms of any software you deploy — including Odoo Enterprise.

We may suspend an instance that threatens the stability or security of the platform, and we will tell you why.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of your code, modules and business data. We claim no rights over them beyond what is needed to run the service you asked for.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a working restore path. We provide backups; you should verify that a restore meets your requirements.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability of the control plane, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless you hold a plan that states one.

Because the data plane is separate, a control-plane outage does not, by itself, take your Odoo instances offline.

Fees

Paid plans are billed per running instance, monthly and in advance. Stopped instances do not consume compute.

Self-hosting the platform on infrastructure you own is free of charge.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your instances, which destroys their containers, databases, filestores and volumes.

We may terminate an account for material breach of these terms after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to fix it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERPForge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
