Account information you provide when you register: your name, email address and organization.

Technical data required to operate the service: project, environment and instance metadata, deployment and build records, and operational logs.

Git provider data you explicitly connect: repository names, branches and commit identifiers. Access tokens and deploy keys are stored in a secret store, never in our application database.

To provision, deploy, monitor and back up the Odoo instances you create.

To authenticate you, secure the service, and send transactional email such as password resets.

To diagnose faults and improve reliability. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your Odoo business data for advertising or model training.

ERPForge is the control plane. Your Odoo databases, filestores and customer traffic live in your own isolated containers; that traffic does not pass through our API.

Staff access to a customer instance happens only with your request or where strictly necessary to restore service, and is logged.

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and for as long as required by law afterwards.

Deleting an instance destroys its containers, database, filestore and volumes. Backups are removed according to their retention window.

Secrets are held in a dedicated secret store, access is scoped per organization with server-side role checks, and repository access uses read-only deploy keys.

All control-plane traffic is served over HTTPS.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@scriptonix.com.

You can disconnect a Git provider at any time; the stored token is deleted with the connection.
